Please ensure that this sheet is filled in accurately with the correct hours shown against each job. If needed please submit a second form.
Our company hours of work are as follows: 8:00AM to 10:30, 10:00AM to 1:30PM, 2.00PM to 5:00PM = 40 Hours per week.
Subcontractors are expected to be ready to start work at 8:00AM and should not down tools until 5:00PM.
Please inform Peter Lloyd if for any reason you have to finish early or take time off during the day. This will avoid any misunderstanding.
Please keep your site clean and tidy.
Smoking is not allowed in any of our company premises - and only outside in designated areas.
Please be mindful of our tenants and neighbours when using power tools and radios.
